An easy to use meat tenderizer.
For an inexpensive product, this kitchen tool works very well. I bought some strips of New York at the grocery store and softened them up with this kitchen tool. This is the same method Costco uses with its flesh, piercing it with thousands of tiny needles. Made a big difference.
