Here's a new idea. Build a product that, once you plug it in, just works. Well, here it is. Plug it in, you'll be prompted to download a small app, and the rest is intuitive. After transferring files, photos, etc., connect it to your computer and download the transferred data. Wow what a concept! Something that works without a manual the size of a New York phone book (if it still exists). It works so well that I can no longer write for this review. In fact, it took you longer to read this review than it took me to understand this product. Come to think of it, it took me longer to take it out of the box than to use it! Just buy it, already!
