I've tried four of these and considering the cost is around $50 each the quality is terrible. The four different USB plugs are poorly made and very poorly secured. Any movement will cause the connector to disengage and most likely fall completely out of the device you connected it to. Again, this is my estimate based on testing four separate devices on multiple devices. It's just not a quality product.

After reading other positive reviews about this product I decided to give it a try. Wow! Finally there's a simple device that lets you transfer files from a wide range of devices without the hassle of cables, adapters, drivers and complicated processes. It's like the Swiss army knife of mobile storage! Very happy with the quality and price and I am happy with the great customer service!

Ordered for my aunt's iPad a few months ago. I recently unpacked it for use and hung it up in the middle of my first attempt at transferring pictures to it. I thought I had a bad drive, but to my surprise I found that I could reformat it using Mac Disk Utility. The problem is that every time I tried to use it, the same thing happened. I then tried using it on an iPad with a developer app and apparently it hadn't been updated in a while so the drive wasn't even recognized. Don't waste your time…

Here's a new idea. Build a product that, once you plug it in, just works. Well, here it is. Plug it in, you'll be prompted to download a small app, and the rest is intuitive. After transferring files, photos, etc., connect it to your computer and download the transferred data. Wow what a concept! It does what it's supposed to do BUT doesn't store images in chronological order and not as the original capture date but as the backup date on this device.
