iTRIS has made my job of managing candidates much easier than other online systems I have used before. The ability for me to send out mass emails in real time makes finding suitable applicants so convenient! It can be really easy to forget about an applicant's application if you are not constantly checking their status. As well as this there isn't any way to search through all applications at once like some other platforms. Also, searching by skill sets or qualifications would make life even more simple. If you're looking for something which allows your team to easily fill vacancies without having to waste valuable hours manually sifting through CVs then look no further. We use itris mainly because we wanted someone who was extremely organised and could keep track of multiple leads within the same day/hourly period.
