The mount is very strong, the phone does not move.
Very tight fit. I added a separate adjustable @cawcare phone holder and a gopro holder. Both are designed to be attached to the handlebars of a bicycle. The phone does not jump when I drive my Jeep JLUR. I trimmed the rubber cover of the tray to make it look nice. Not sure if anyone will ever see it. Much stronger and more reliable than my old suction cup.
