I also have a 2005 6.0 and it will not fit. Couldn't install it. I've added calipers and the only thing I can think of is that the o-rings are larger than stock and limit intrusion to the end. I tried, a friend tried different ways, did not install. I had to go back to the OEM. I'm not a fan of 1 star ratings because while they work properly with the right settings, they didn't work for me and caused more frustration than it was worth. However, a top gasket was supplied, so 2 blue O-rings (the original orange ones) and a fiber top gasket were included. sent back.
