I've had it for almost a year now and hardly ever use it. I got one first, I checked and it worked as it should. But it wasn't recognized when I tried to connect my phone to it. Everything else was fine. I would say I've used it 5 times in the time I've had it and last time I tried to use it and the computer recognized I had it plugged in. I do not know why. I would not recommend buying it, it doesn't seem to be the last. This is an update of a valuable post. Lention contacted me after my review, helped resolve the issue, and issued a replacement. The replacement arrived and it worked right away, just like the first one I got. I'll try to use it more to see how long it lasts. Whether there are problems or not, Lention stands by its product. You can shop with confidence at Revain and Lention. I would choose Lention over another brand in the future due to their great customer service.
