He burned my logic board.

This item blew the logic board on my brand new i7 16gb Macbook. The power-through function had a small amount of ungrounded feedback or something. After I used it to back up a time machine from an external hard drive, the computer started acting strangely. Sometimes I didn't take the cable with me to charge. I used it again for a video project from an external hard drive and the computer completely stopped loading afterwards. Apple fixed it and said everything inside needs to be replaced except

The hub does not fade with time!

I wait a few years to review electronics and electronic components before writing a review. Many of you, especially the manufacturer, will tell you what to expect over time. This item was purchased on February 17, 2017 and has been out of service for about a month. I have tried everything to make this hub work, but over time it no longer stays in place and detaches (i.e. there is no longer a direct connection). In addition, the cable at the hub broke. The picture doesn't show how loose the endโ€ฆ

Useful for charging and using USB at the same time.

Disappointed because I bought it to charge my MacBook while plugging it in as a card adapter and importing photos. Unfortunately, plugging a MacBook charger into the dongle will not power the MacBook. The USB ports work fine but do not allow charging. UPDATE June 9, 2018 The seller contacted me and asked for a video showing the problem and offering to replace the product if defective. I tried the product again and it seems to be working. Excellent Customer Service

I've had it for almost a year now and hardly ever use it. I got one first, I checked and it worked as it should. But it wasn't recognized when I tried to connect my phone to it. Everything else was fine. I would say I've used it 5 times in the time I've had it and last time I tried to use it and the computer recognized I had it plugged in. I do not know why. I would not recommend buying it, it doesn't seem to be the last. This is an update of a valuable post. Lention contacted me after myโ€ฆ

Full functionality of the Lention adapter

I had problems with the adapter at first. Most of them were caused by my misunderstanding of the USB-C port on the adapter and its capabilities. Namely, it doesn't use the power needed to charge my Apple laptop. Lention was kind enough to send me a new adapter. Replacing the adapter fixed the problem. I'm using a MacBook Pro (13" 2016) and the included power adapter. Connect the power supply directly to the Type-C input of the adapter, and then connect the adapter to my computer via the Type-Cโ€ฆ

When you look for a product you should look for utility, portability, durability and necessity. You want a product that you actually use first. What good is it if it is never used.
