Sooo nice to have an iSpring reverse osmosis system sold under the counter. We live in a time where we have to take care of plastic and with this system I feel like I'm helping to reduce plastic usage and making my life so much easier by not lugging around water containers! One of the many benefits of this system is the excellent customer service. Don't be afraid to use this system! Ever since I bought the system in 2015, I've had questions for a variety of reasons, and iSpring has ALWAYS helped me. Recently Nick from iSpring helped me when I managed to misassemble a replacement filter. (That was MY fault! I didn't read the instructions carefully enough!) I emailed the company and Nick provided the information I needed before the end of the day. When you buy this system you know you are getting a great product with truly amazing customer service!
