Review on πŸ”½ Aidata Laptop Pad: Portable LapDesk Notebook Stand with Mouse Tray, Retractable by Jonathan Olson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

So I wanted to love!

I had high hopes for this laptop desk. According to the manufacturer, a 15.5 inch laptop fits in. Well that's what I have and yes I think it fits but don't stay on it. Every time I move my laptop slips. If I didn't need the mouse tray, I wouldn't use it at all and would send it back. However, I am not sure if it is suitable for my computer or this table. The edges of the table are smooth and rounded, with no grip surface. I think if it were, my laptop wouldn't slide. It has 2 very large grippy surface strips on the board and then nothing in the middle. My laptop has little rubber feet on each corner and that's about it. I think to get the "non-slip" effect I want/need I need to either find a non-slip mat to cover the entire surface of the table or non-slip strips to cover the edges of the table or laptop. We have an older version of this brand, it was/perfect! However, they stopped it. SAD! If you have a smaller laptop I'm sure this will work just fine. Good price! Great concept! Very comfortable, light, does not slip off the knees. In addition, the mouse tray slides out to either side for convenient use by southpaws. I wish it worked better for my laptop so I could give it a higher rating. I just don't know if the problems are related to my computer model or this spreadsheet. For this reason I only give 3 stars. I will change this review if I find out later that this is not a table. I didn't receive anything for my review. I browse so others can get information to make their purchases. I rely too much on reviews to make my own purchases! My ratings are based on my own reviews and family reviews on how to use the product, good or bad. I will only correct my feedback if I receive a defective product.
