At $163 I am very impressed with these chairs. The package arrived via UPS in good condition, not torn as many Amazon furniture reviews have pointed out. In the box, the furniture was well packed and generally in very good condition. I only found a few dents but no major light damage appears to have occurred when it left the factory as the places I saw them were well routed in the box. Putting it together was a bit of a headache with weird circuitry and broken English, it just flew off in the end. However, assembly was fairly quick and straightforward, requiring only a Phillips screwdriver and a 3/16 hex key. Allen key was included, but no Phillips screwdriver. Much easier to assemble with a good quality screwdriver than the Allen key provided. The end result is solid. The cushions are quite firm but this makes the chair more comfortable for long periods of time, the armrests are a bit low but better than too high in my opinion. The pillows are a bit small, so don't expect upper back or mid-thigh support. At least that's what they get with me, 6ft and about 180lbs. The width is also pleasant, not too narrow, just wide enough to cross your legs without resting on the armrests. The stitching on the cushions is well done, the fabric is cut correctly, no asymmetrical lines or poor workmanship that could ruin the aesthetic. Overall very happy with this product, especially considering the price.
