The illustration shows the case for the Nano. It is a thin, well-made mesh and Velcro strap. The iPod fits perfectly and adjusts along the strap, and the strap itself adjusts very well. It's simple and works better than anything I've tried. I use it every day when I run and I don't like my gear. It lasted longer than my last iPod Shuffle! Try running with the Nike Earhook sports headphones. Highly recommended.
