In my opinion, dirt-repellent.
I'm usually hesitant to buy white canvas shoes, but I've worn them at least 5 times and they still sparkle white! I live near the beach so I always walk in mud and sand and they have held up well. Low heel and a bit small. If you have wide feet, go up one size.
