I love love love this ring! I am currently using it as an engagement ring. My engagement ring is an odd shape so plain rings still sit awkwardly on it anyway. Since my engagement ring is platinum I didn't want to incur the expense of ordering a platinum ring. In any case, this tape comes very close to the metallic tone, the shape is perfect and only leaves minimal gaps that I have to accept. However. The fit is true to size and appears to be of good quality. My only complaint is that there is a small adjustment at the bottom of the strap but this does not affect fit or wear and is primarily a cosmetic issue and having it on hand I really don't care.
