They are much more comfortable than the Levi 550s I've bought before. They are softer, more cuddly and slightly elastic. I would find that my Levi jeans get a little "crisp" at times, but they are as smooth as a cotton shirt. The pockets are easily accessible, which is very important to me. They are deep enough but not so deep that you have to fish. I've been wearing them almost every day since I bought them 6 months ago (I have several pairs) and they hold up well (but not as well as Levi). I have some clues in there I'd like to unravel, but I don't mind. If I can get a year or more out of a pair I'm happy. It's good enough value for money to justify another purchase from me.
