Review on Grey Hazel Beoplay H8 Wireless On-Ear Headphone with Active Noise Cancelling from Bang & Olufsen by Bang Iyaan ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, I recommend it.

If you pair them with your iPhone, then these are the coolest wireless ears you can imagine: driving sound, luxurious materials, long battery life. You can forget about point 3 until you connect them to an iMac or Macbook, there may be how lucky you are with a particular instance. The manufacturer cannot decide on the problematic batch and offers to carry such ears to the service. Only the service did not hear about this problem either, at least the 2022 one.

Pros
  • 1. In terms of sound, they play perfectly both on the cable and on the tooth. The sound is involving / (The sound spectrum is dominated by the lower register, it is deep and there is an attack on the midbass, the middle ones are medium (i. E., good in comparison with analogues), the high ones - if corrected in eq, they sound. The sound is well separated, but the bass the party sometimes overlaps the averages) 2. They are comfortable, but after 30 minutes, there is a desire to fix them (they stick, or something). You can survive the flight for 2-3 hours easily, corrected and added another hour. But after 4 hours you will want to take them off and never wear them again. Until you forget how the ongs crushed your ears and don't want a juicy drive in their performance. 3. Management is generally understandable, though touch. Accidental pressing by any parts of the body or objects is possible (high sensitivity). Only adjusting the volume can lead to a stupor of those around you (as if you are twisting your finger at the temple to someone). 4. Noise canceling is generally good - I needed just such a nature of his work (To cut off the low-frequency background and screaming children, while at the same time I could hear the speech of the one who speaks to me). 5. Long battery life - more than 14 hours, besides, you can buy an additional one. 6. External performance is excellent, the design is awesome. Materials: milled aluminum, leather - they say on the ear pads they use the skin of young lambs
Cons
  • 1. Delivery set - do not even unpack, so as not to be upset. The cable, without a braid, a microphone and a remote control, a bag in this segment is already a mockery (you need a case, at least like in the Denon GC20 or Sennheiser Momentum M2). 2. They do not add up, this is a Minus, since it is not always convenient to wear around the neck and the sensor, and look who will pick up someone or the track will start from an accidental turn of the head. 3. Another disadvantage of this device is the radius of operation of the blue-tooth using the APTX protocol on different devices, it was possible to receive no more than 3 meters of stable sound transmission using this protocol. iPhone owners can relax, they didn’t put it in their devices. In my case, on SONY Z3, stuttering appeared already at a distance from a jeans pocket, but only in crowded places, everything is OK at home. 4. Well, the last remark - the wired connection is only on the RIGHT. Mockery! I have a DAC on the left, it's not convenient to pull the wire. :-)
