Portable, easy to use, feels like a gentle gentleman

This small AC device is portable and very easy to use. You just pour water in it and it fogs you up. It's not particularly cold, but if you add ice in addition to the water, it gets cooler. All instructions are in Mandarin and it looks like the English is late. The instructions for use are not very clear either. And not very cold. The feeling is basically like "fogging" with the water you're pouring.
