After ten years of driving, a large number of tires have been rolled back, including those manufactured by Nexen, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Cordiant, Continental, and Nokian, amongst others; hence, there is in theory something to compare them to. The initial responses have been uniformly good across the board. This summer I purchased two sets of tires for two separate automobiles, and in both instances I obtained excellent predictable braking and handling. Even during the rain, there were no unwelcome surprises. Normal tire pressure allows the vehicle to absorb small bumps relatively effectively, fly through holes without the rubber being damaged, and give the impression that it is driving on a rubber ball when driving over bumps (this is meant in a positive way). In general, the rubber performs exceptionally well on asphalt, particularly on the highway; nevertheless, the countryside is not the place to use it.
