God. I oooooooooo love mine. I just bought 10 packs of different colored ribbons. This is just a great buy. It really helps me motivate myself. My goals change every day. Every day. but if I have a day or two where I don't hit my goal, she'll bring it back down a bit until you get there. You can have your target shown on the display and it will count down. or your steps and she counted up. it can show the time. Date. Miles. calories burned. it tracks your sleep (it's fun to see how bad I'm sleeping lol). it holds up perfectly. I had no problems. It's waterproof. So I actually never take it off. It was easy to connect to my phone. i have android I also downloaded the app. My fitness buddy. I just love love love it I've already lost 9 pounds since getting it. And the best part is the cost of repairs. Why pay more for the same. had any problems with it. He is perfect. It came with all the proper packaging and instructions. There were 2 tapes in the package. small and big. So you can choose the one that best suits your wrist. The battery should last a year. and everything is in sync with the bluetooth. So all I have to do is hold down the button on the strap until "Sync" appears. and all. heart rate monitor. but you can add it later if you feel you need it. They sell one that you wear on your chest when exercising (which should be more accurate than your wrist) that syncs with this device. I believe it's in the $30 range. but frankly, it's a good starting point. with room to expand if you decide it suits you. Why pay more for something you might not even need. or shovel snow in the My Fitness Buddy app.
