Very strong and durable handle made mostly of metal. Contains all necessary parts such as screws, spacers and even cable clamps. Now my monitor is almost at the maximum height. I can adjust it slightly to make it even. I bought 2 more (3 total) for my other monitors. Please note that you need a stable table to attach the mount. I had a plastic folding table that I was trying to use, and my hand actually flexed the plastic table when I put the monitor down. However, when I added an armrest to my sturdy chipboard (Bush) desk, it didn't give at all.
