This is the hose that runs from the rocker cover under the manifold to the heater valve. I used needle nose pliers I got from Harbor Freight to remove the clips. The collar under the manifold is a bit tricky, so I recommend you mark your manifold at all three attachment points and carefully remove, noting alignment. Then it will not be difficult to remove and replace the hose with pliers. After replacing the hose and rebuilding the manifold, fill the radiator, leave it open, turn the heater on hot (with the air conditioner on) and start the car. Deflate the system. I didn't and found out about the vapor lock causing the overheat indicator to appear on the dash. With the engine running, I filled it up a bit more in 15 minutes. A gallon of 50/50 coolant is enough. $8 at Walmart. I watched the air and foam come out until it was gone, then I put the radiator cap on. Runs like a champ.
