Excellent Product with Outstanding Customer Service
The Synchrony team has been extremely responsive to our needs and questions. They have offered us many options and have been very helpful in providing insights on the best product for our needs. All of our needs were met and the implementation of the product has been seamless. The product is very intuitive to use and the support team is very responsive. I have not found anything I dislike about this product. I would highly recommend Synchrony for any migration needs. We have had a very smooth migration process and have been able to keep our current staff engaged and excited about the new product.
Pros
- Great user interface
- Fast integration with Salesforce ERP system allowing access from anywhere within SFDC environment.
- Easy management through their portal or via web applications all one need do it log into either application once per day! Very convenient solution if you are familiar/comfortable using internet browser only devices (laptop, tablet) without additional software installed like Citrix Receiver etc
