This towel is not what I expected! Although it looks exactly like the picture, nice and long, it is VERY very THIN and not absorbent at all. I bought this as a towel for my powder room. I've washed them per the instructions and tested them for myself and while they look nice, they don't work as a towel at all! I literally had to use the whole towel to dry my hands and they didn't even fully dry it before the towel got quite wet. While beautiful to look at, they have the consistency and effectiveness of average quality double-ply paper towels. I really thought it would be a little thicker and softer. I would be embarrassed to hang them as active towels for guests. Since I've already used them, I'll have to find another use for them. 2/5 stars because they look nice and look exactly like the picture, so buy them if you don't plan to use them to dry your hands or other heavy stuff. Absorption.
