Costs money! good for kids room

I like the fact that this product is made of solid wood; meaning it will last a lot longer than cheap plastic or pressed cardboard. It was pretty easy to put together; unless you're a complete idiot. The only problem I have is the smell of freshness out of the box. I suspect it has to do with the fairing that was put on to protect it from the elements. I took some soapy water with bleach and wiped it off. I put 4 anti-slip stickers on the bottom and 2 on the top edge for added security. My son loves getting inside so he can see everything from a better perspective. It was absolutely worth the money! If I had to make one of these it would probably cost me more due to time and materials. Installation Tip: Insert a washer in each hole before adding screws to avoid over tightening or loosening the anchor in the wood. I took the head of the bolt, placed it over the washer and gently tapped the other end with a hammer (you can also use a blunt object) to secure the washers. This ensures that there is no additional resistance when tightening the screws. Also, do not overtighten the screws. It doesn't take much.
