Review on DMAG - Data Migration by Adam Rogers

It is an amazing tool which helps me migrate all my historical & current transaction details into new platform using ETM (Enterprise Transformation Modeler). Also it gives good report of migrated records against each object like Material Master or Purchasing Module along its type wise detail view also help us during migration process very well! I find there are few more enhancement points can come up at future date so we need proper planning should go ahead this great product without any hesitation just try once if you able then nothing stop your next move forward. Very Good Product overall but some minor changes will require better UI enhancements may have less user experience while trying out these software tools due their complex features they provide! So better use trial first before going further otherwise many time customer complain about poor GUI performance issues! Migrated over 2000+ Records within short period between two modules : Purchase Order -> PONumber / PO Detail View - All related material master objects including Attributes > Vendor Information &lt&#x2F0160=Material ID, Description., Price Field ; Billing Info:- Item Code,- Qty.- Invoice No.; Ship Date And Time I like that we have been able to quickly migrate our Global Accounts Payable database into Sage X3 accounting software without having to manually enter any of it. The customer support has also been very helpful! We are currently looking at other areas which would benefit from using this product but haven't found anything yet so can not comment further just now. Have migrated all accounts payable records (over 2 million) from an old version of dmag into sage x 3 accounting within two weeks time span.
