The vanilla forums are very helpful when it comes time for me as an administrator or moderator in training new users (or just helping them understand their role).

I have used other services but they never seemed quite so organized/easy compared to this one! They also offer some great tutorials that help train people quickly - which makes things go much smoother overall if someone has only been using another platform before switching over here at least once during onboarding process :) We're solving two problems right now; firstly getting students into learning about social media marketing early enough while still being able too keep track easily via google docs etc., secondly making sure all staff members know exactly what's expected from each student throughout term 1 & 2.
