Product works well. I noticed complaints about the non-working power plug, but mine worked just fine. However, my network cable is only used for one Polycom conference phone, so my setup doesn't transfer large amounts of data. Installation would have been easier if the product fit a standard 3" diameter hole as I don't have that odd 3 1/8" hole saw. I used my 3" file and then a file to resize it. Overall a good product and I like that the conference call cords and cords are no longer hanging over the edge of our conference table and have easy access to charge the laptop during long meetings.
