Not sure why they have such bad reviews. everyone complains that they are not chew resistant. The company never claimed this. even hard Orvis chewing beds have their limits. Anyway, one of my dogs had temporary incontinence and it was great. Nothing was soaked except for the sheets. threw them in the wash and then either on a sun drying line or in a dryer on a low drum. until the dryer ripped the lining. They come out of the wash stain/stain/dog odor free. Sometimes they are hard to find so I ordered a second set. For $22 I think they do the job well.
