So enjoy your stripeless hooks. I can not contact the seller in any way, apparently the only way out is to return it. Waste of time, packaging and trip to UPS to return $7 worth of items. There is nothing more frustrating or annoying on this platform than things like this. Just trying to buy Command Hooks makes me want to buy adhesive strips to go with them a second time. And if you don't know that, you know how much fun it can be! Have used these hooks before. They work great when you get them in a complete package with adhesive strips. Just wipe the surface with alcohol first. They will last for years. This explains the 5 star rating. But I would be careful with some providers.
