Review on Panasonic KX TS27W Corded Phone Functional by Rachel Ellis

When I received the handset the ear area was dirty first and I had to clean it before I could try it. Also, this phone hasn't been working properly since the day I followed the manufacturer's instructions on how to use it. The seller admitted that he had not sent the green connector cable (see manual) and decided that it would be better to use two transparent connector cables. Most of the time the phone doesn't ring. Luckily I have an extension with the same phone number that I expect to hear the phone when a call comes in. Disappointment cannot describe how I feel about this purchase. The seller's less-than-professional response to my initial email complaint was quite disheartening, and when I received a follow-up message, they decided that the green plug wire (shown in the manual) would be best "switched" and sent the two Delete the connected lines, I tried what they suggested. It didn't work and in fact I know at this point that a FULL refund would be the only thing that would satisfactorily resolve this issue.
