I love these little LED flashlights with their super bright Cree bulbs. They run on either a rechargeable 14500 AA 3.7V battery or a standard AA 1.5V alkaline battery. This allows you to use the rechargeable battery for normal use, but if you take it anywhere without a charger, you can always use a standard AA battery. . . They work great and have a very durable anodized aluminum body with a belt clip. I've been spoiled by the brightness of Cree flashlights and can't even use my old incandescent flashlight anymore. They come in a pack of two so you can have one in your car and sharpen at home. To be honest I love them so much I have about 10 of them and keep one in every room in the house. At the end of the flashlight is a closed button for on/off and control of modes, making it waterproof. It's so small that it easily slips into your pocket to take with you when you travel, go jogging or whenever you go out at night. I have just ordered 4 of the 14500 batteries so I can keep them all with a freshly charged battery.
