Review on SMARTLINER Custom 2007 2014 Chevrolet Suburban by Matt Nichols

I ordered these for my 2013 Suburban. Everything fitted well until I got to the 3rd row mat and noticed it wasn't cut correctly (the item description says 4 cut outs for the matching 2nd row seats). The rug I received only has 3 cut outs. There were no instructions in the box with the mats so I had to email Smartliner to ask if I had received the wrong mats. Sent screenshots of my purchase and the mat in question. The response I got from Sarah at Smartliner was an "installation note" for a different product than the one I purchased. She said they don't make 2013 Suburban 3rd row mats with captain seats, only 2nd row bench mats. I have advised her that she has sent me notes for a product that I did not order and that the one I ordered shows the mat in the description picture with 4 cut outs and nowhere in the description does it say it is to be used with bench only can seats. . She responded by insisting that the "Max Liner" notes she sent me were the listing I had purchased. Unfortunately, she obviously doesn't know what she's talking about, and the company seems to support her decision to falsely promote her products. I will be returning them which is a shame because I think these earbuds would be really good if they were cut right.
