Inexpensive and perfectly adequate
Probably just what you would expect - small square glasses cleaning cloths. They're moderately absorbent - I've seen something thicker, more comfortable that work better if you tend to leave a ton of water on your goggles while rinsing out or cycling in a downpour or whatever, but they get the job done. . . manufactured and cheap enough to keep on hand. We're talking about the quality of the free glasses that optometrists sometimes give away with a new pair of glasses.
