Tried for migraines and stiff neck

I wanted something for migraines and stiff neck. I've only been using it for a few weeks and it's fine, but I'd like something that does a little more massage. Also, the sounds are too loud when selecting modes (my husband always complains) and there's no way to adjust them as far as I know. But he loves the heat!
