A 4 star bed that my dog loves. He loves curling up in this super soft bed. While it is soft, I’m worried about the beds durability. Upon unpacking the bed I noticed that the mattress and bolsters are made of a fabric that seems rather fragile. Already there looked like there were small runs. I’m not sure if that’s just how the fabric is, or maybe I just got a bad bed. I scratched at the runs with my finger nail and they didn’t seem to get bigger. But, I’m concerned that this may become an issue in the future. So far my dog hasn’t tried nest digging in it. I think if he did, that may cause the bed to rip. The outer shell is very soft but also seems like it may be prone to tearing if your dog is a digger. So far, so good though. He really loves the bed so I gave it 4 stars even though there may be issues in the future. Nothing lasts forever, especially when it’s for a dog. Hopefully we can get many years of enjoyment out of this bed.
