I bought this kit to try out my masks during the pandemic. I wanted to try using laces through the grommets instead of hair ties to secure the masks. The eyelets are very easy to assemble. The kit includes everything (minus instructions, hammer and work surface) needed to install the grommets. I used an old cutting board as a surface to punch holes in and then using a small padding hammer I attached the grommets using the tools in the kit. The four grommets took less than 5 minutes to install and they lasted several days of use and 2 washes in the washing machine! This set is a great investment
