Bought for our 10 year old son who is on the short side. First we tried another brand's tough youth size guy but he couldn't even shut his mouth about it. This was the same size from front to back and from the side, but shorter from top to bottom (from the gumline to the base of the tooth). It took a few tries but we were able to shape this one to fit reasonably well. It tends to slip off your teeth but is otherwise comfortable and protects your teeth.
