These were the best! I was able to keep my navel piercing all the way through my pregnancy. I did remove it for labor but that was by choice not necessity.These are a plastic material that is flexible and allows from the growth of your belly without pushing out your navel piercing. I do suggest checking the balls once a day, I lost one, I later found it but it did fall off. The package comes with 5 or 6 i can't recall which right now but either way it is an awesome deal that won't leave you with a scar at the end of it all.
