I like it because you can see how often they are mentioned online vs offline sources and where its used. Sometimes there's not much info about companies so if someone hasn't already reviewed them then this helps give me an idea as well! Also sometimes some products take longer than expected to update but all these things seem minor compared to what we're getting from their service. Using our CRM database (which also includes social accounts), using hashtags etc., makes finding keywords/hashtags easier when creating content as a lot will be saved automatically through searching by hashtag or keyword within articles itself.
