The diamond fell out after less than 2 weeks of wear

I bought this ring in August and it stayed intact in the box until our wedding anniversary on the 30th October. Since then, my wife has worn it and only replaced it with a silicone ring when we went to work on our land. Last night she noticed the diamond had fallen out. Of course, since I prepared and bought the ring earlier, the return date has passed
