Usually Cole Haan products are high quality and well made from soft leather. The shoes were really too stiff. AND NARROW. They are also too short to wear. Other reviews recommend ordering half a size down. I usually wear 12M but these fit more like a 10m narrow. It's possible that this particular pair was a manufacturing defect, but all in all it's not a good idea to keep them even if they fit better. Looks very average
