The ease of use for our customers to order from us, as well their ability or lack thereof in using other applications that are out there (such like Instacart). I wish they could have more options when it comes time after placing your orders with them - you're left without any way at all if something happens along those lines! We've been able solve some issues we were having by switching over completely away form another application/service provider who was also doing this type thing before but not nearly so easy nor seamless between providers once one service goes down due too maintenance etc..
