I like that it is easy to integrate into our EMR system via an API or webhooks (we use Zapier). It's also very flexible - you can customize almost everything about how work flows through this tool versus other tools we have used in past years at my previous employer where more customization was required beyond just adding fields for tracking purposes; there were limits as far backfilling of orders/shipments goes before requiring manual intervention from employees who would then need approval if they wanted those records updated further down their particular order path within workflow rules / approvals logic etc.. We are using FBCB2 across many different departments including logistics &amp shipping teams which has been great!
