I currently have three strands of hair on my head and one of them is this hair. The hair quality is really good. It has good texture and washes well. I just don't like that they aren't that thick for a double shot. Everything else with the hair is really good. Still, I would give customer service 5 stars. They were more than willing to help me when I had a problem with a product and were able to serve their customers in the best possible way.
