6 - 12 month size has been perfect for my kiddo from about 9 - (estimated) 13 months. He is 2 weeks shy of a year and I think he’ll wear them another month or longer unless we have a massive growth spurt in the next few weeks.Love the skull and crossbones. So cute. Lots of compliments. He wears them as his daily ‘play’ shoes and as he is a proficient crawler he is going to wear through the toes right about as he outgrows them. He crawls around outside a lot on dirt and concrete so they've held up really well.I think the soles were sewn on inside out as the smooth leather is on the inside and the ‘suede’ is on the outside. But I didn’t deduct a star because it hadn’t been an issue for us.
