The instructions say be patient. Dead skin will suddenly peel off after about 3 weeks. It's a long wait. I use the formula you apply after soaking your feet for 5-15 minutes. You leave the formula on for 3 minutes, rinse off and a large amount of dead skin is ready to be "sanded off". It's very efficient and fast. It's tedious and slow. I put on a bootie on one leg to make sure I didn't experience any side effects. Luckily only on one leg. When I got up to wash it off an hour later, that foot slipped across the tiled floor. I'd break my neck wearing both boots. Or I would have smeared the liquid in it all over the carpet if I took off my booties. Or I would get a very disgusting towel. This is not the right treatment for me. i'm too impatient You have to decide for yourself. It works. It works slowly.
