Customer service definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star.When I received the vinyl o got right to cutting. I had cut out a few names to put on water bottles.When I went to get my transfer tape, it was not transferring. So I pulled out my other roll of transfer tape and still it was not transferring.I reached out to ivyne & I was getting ready to replace my vinyl because I had just wasted a good bit m that would not transfer.Customer service sent me a strong grip roll of transfer tape which they recommend and said they will include that in description because it’s currently not under info.That came in & I went again and did my cutting. It finally transferred but again some of it wasn’t completely transferring so I had to use my scraper thingy to try and get it to grab it it alll. It finally did & I put it on my child’s water bottle.Her water bottle Ofcourse was dry & it fit perfect on it. This morning I went to hand wash it & the vinyl came right off. (Picture of water bottle and vinyl on my counter after I had hand washed it in cool water )Customer service is great. The vinyl looks beautiful, but I’ve just had the worst luck with it. Maybe I just got a bad batch ?
