I'm giving it 3 stars for durability because I haven't used it long enough to make sure it lasts. I will change my rating later. I just want you to comment on the importance of changing filters often enough. When I received the new HEPA filter and compared it to the old one, I realized how dirty the old one was. Also the dust filters were quite dirty even though I washed them. I understand that you can only wash so many times and then the pores open up too much. I think the vacuum worked much better with the new filters. The new filters mean that more dirt remains in the tank. My carpets are pretty dirty because my rabbits eat hay and stuff and it lands on the carpet. Besides, it's just a dusty place.
