I originally bought these because I sprained my wrist and it was almost healing but I still needed a bit of pressure to help. They didn't do it at all! Ha ha. That's all good because I saved them for Christmas and took them to the Christmas Eve entertainment. And to my surprise they had a blast pretending to have tattoos and a friend took a bit more to play basketball at the gym. He said he sees guys wearing them all the time. I have rather small hands, so they didn't fit me. But the boys looked fantastic. So even if they didn't work, why did I get them? They get 5 stars because you get a lot of time for a low price and people enjoy it! So if you're looking for a lightweight compression sleeve or something to celebrate, this is great!
