I have to say that what other reviewers say is true as it automatically connects to your Vizio TV. However, it worked for 2 days. It still works, but you'll need to hold it about an inch from the screen for it to work, and if you notice it too, just press the power button on the TV. It was a failure. We're back to square one and need the remote control again. Turns out my husband who I love and adore blocked the tv sensor with his game console *facepalm emoji here* one day i noticed the remote control was working perfectly so i switched it to 5 stars, especially since she immediately connected the TV.
